Key Responsibilities Position Overview
Responsible for building and maintaining positive external relationships and a strong corporate image to enhance the company's reputation. Leverages marketing strategies to maximize revenue generation and market share. Proactively establishes and expands client relationships to drive sales growth.
1. Revenue Generation
1)Take primary responsibility for occupancy rates, drive successful conversions, and generate revenue for the community.
2)Follow up on prospective clients from various channels; manage tour arrangements, on-site reception, post-visit follow-ups, move-in procedures, and sales opportunity development. Submit weekly written reports to the Sales Manager and Executive Director.
3)Organize and maintain client records in a timely manner; conduct follow-up outreach and documentation for prospective clients who have not yet converted.
4)Establish and maintain relationships with potential referral channels—including insurance companies, golf clubs, hospitals, corporations, and other organizations—to acquire prospective client leads; plan and organize sales events, including budgeting, on-site hosting, and sales follow-up.
5)Ensure real-time entry of client data into the system and generate customer information and sales reports.
2. Service & Product Representation
6)Develop a thorough understanding of all services and offerings within the community—including facilities, equipment, dining, medical care, and recreational programs—and provide prospective clients with foundational wellness knowledge and personalized service plan recommendations.
7)Learn and fully understand the tour routes; conduct guided tours in accordance with established routes and deliver clear, professional introductions and presentations.
8)Conduct comprehensive research on local senior living communities and gain a clear understanding of their respective strengths and weaknesses.
9)Prepare, collect, and organize all required documentation for clients prior to contract signing.
10)Maintain positive and ongoing relationships with residents and their family members.
11)Collaborate closely with internal departments; promptly report issues to the Executive Director and actively contribute to continuous service quality improvement.

Experience & Education
1. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; experience in senior living or eldercare sales is preferred.
2. College diploma or above; candidates with backgrounds in nursing, marketing, medicine, or related fields are preferred.
3. Experience serving high-net-worth clientele is a plus.
