The first project is scheduled to open by the end of 2023

Following the launch of the Xinyuenian brand, its first enabling senior care project – Xinyuenian Nanjing Qixia International Senior Living Community – will officially open by the end of 2023. Strategically located in the city’s core area, the project stands in Yanziji New Town, Qixia District of Nanjing, with easy access to green scenery and the urban living circle. It has a total gross floor area of 19,846 square meters, offering 224 rooms with approximately 400 beds. Incorporating Singaporean landscape design, the project has obtained the LEED Gold Certification (Pre-certification) for green buildings.
