On March 25, 2024, the customer experience program Transiting into a Joyful Senior Living Journey, created by Sindora Living—the high-quality empowerment-based senior care brand under Keppel, a Singaporean multinational corporation—was awarded the Service Design prize at the internationally renowned iF DESIGN AWARD 2024. This program helps elders adapt to new environments through its all-round transition plan.
The iF Design Award is one of the world’s most prestigious design awards. This year’s competition was highly intense, attracting nearly 11,000 entries from 72 countries and regions worldwide to compete for the honors.
Sindora Living's service design program has earned recognition after a professional review by the independent iF jury panel comprising 132 judges. This not only demonstrates the brand’s innovative spirit and outstanding quality in the senior care service sector, but also affirms its consistent commitment to a customer-centric approach and the service philosophy of empowering elders to "Embrace the Life in the Heart".
During the preparation phase for moving into a senior care facility and the initial period after check-in, our multi-dimensional, people-centered service design helps elders integrate into their new life at the facility with ease and joy. Centered around the emotional, functional and social needs of elders, Sindora Living provides sustained, comprehensive care and support for elders and their families through a diverse range of initiatives – including personalized pre-move-in services, a digital platform for strengthening family bonds, the "Partner" Program for fostering social connections, as well as multi-dimensional health assessments and goal-setting – and safeguards this pivotal transition and journey in their later life.

“
We fully understand that the transition from a familiar living environment to a senior care facility poses a dual physical and psychological challenge and requires adaptation for both resident elders and their families. Against this backdrop, the design of our service journey thoroughly breaks down and reviews every detail of this process, and we strive to empower elders and their families to navigate the changes and challenges therein smoothly through our efforts. Sindora Living will also remain committed to building a lifestyle defined by "Autonomy and Ease, Transcending Tradition", enabling every elder to live a fulfilling and happy life while retaining as much autonomy over their daily life as possible.

We strive to enhance elders’ autonomy in daily life and their healthspan, empowering them to fulfill their life aspirations.
