Resident Representative of Sindora
Living here, we truly feel a deep sense of happiness. Every day is fulfilling. The environment, services, dining, and management are all first-class. We genuinely experience how Sindora, as an empowerment-focused senior living community, has achieved excellence in both its facilities and services—modern, professional, and highly personalized. The care plan tailored specifically for me fully meets my needs in medical care, rehabilitation, activities, and nutrition. In particular, the advanced rehabilitation equipment and the highly professional medical and nursing team make my care plan exceptionally targeted and effective.
Sindora’s multidisciplinary team model integrates and collaborates across four key pillars—medical & nursing care, lifestyle enrichment, wellness & rehabilitation, and dining services—to deliver holistic, multi-dimensional, and finely coordinated care that focuses on the whole person rather than isolated needs. Guided by the principles of Lifestyle Medicine, Sindora’s clinical care team emphasizes non-pharmacological supportive and rehabilitative therapies, addressing the full-cycle management of common chronic conditions and functional impairments in older adults. By preserving existing physical functions and promoting overall well-being, Sindora is committed to enhancing quality of life across every stage of ageing.

Previously, Sindora entered into a collaboration with Professor Brian Kennedy, Distinguished Professor at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, and Co-Director of the Centre for Healthy Longevity, National University Health System, to jointly advance a Healthy Longevity Program. Sindora Nanjing has also established partnerships with leading medical institutions including Nanjing BenQ Hospital and Nanjing International Hospital.。
Sindora Nanjing Qixia International Senior Living Community pioneers a new model of smart senior care through the use of advanced, high-tech rehabilitation equipment. These include NeeuroFIT brain training systems from Singapore, SMARC rehabilitation devices, anti-gravity treadmills based on NASA’s “spacewalk” technology from the United States, and dry hydrotherapy beds. Together, these technologies enable seniors to enjoy efficient, intelligent rehabilitation experiences, while allowing the medical and care teams more time to focus on personal connection, companionship, and attentive care.
